Shree Minerals (ASX:SHH) non-executive director Amu Shah has acquired 359,230 shares priced at $0.08 each through its recent rights issue.
Shah now holds 4,884,230 shares in the company. The company had raised $1.6 million through its fully underwritten rights issue.
The funds were raised for general working capital and meeting ongoing trade creditors including production costs, payments of trade & other payables, corporate administration and operating costs.
The company had $2.18 million in cash as of 30 June 2014.
